Welcome to Teleios Health (“Teleios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teleios website, telehealth services, digital content, booking platform, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any telehealth consent forms you electronically sign.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

Eligibility

To use Teleios Health:

• You must be 18+, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must be located in a region where Teleios legally provides services.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and treatment.
• You must not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We may refuse or terminate service if eligibility standards are not met.

Nature of Services

Teleios provides telehealth and regenerative wellness services, including consultations, treatment recommendations, and concierge support.

Not Emergency Care

Teleios is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Not a Replacement for In-Person Care

Telehealth carries benefits and limitations. Your provider may determine that an in-person visit or additional evaluation is required.

Telehealth Consent

By using Teleios, you consent to:

• remote consultations over video, phone, or messaging
• electronic transmission of medical information
• storage of health information in secure electronic systems
• clinical decision-making based on remotely provided information

You acknowledge that telehealth may involve risks such as:

• inaccuracies due to incomplete or unclear information
• delays in evaluation due to technology issues
• inability to perform certain physical assessments

You may withdraw telehealth consent at any time by contacting us, though doing so may limit your ability to use the Services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide truthful, complete medical history and personal information
• disclose all medications, supplements, and conditions
• follow provider instructions and safety guidelines
• use the Services only for lawful, personal healthcare purposes
• keep your login credentials secure
• notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Teleios is not liable for harm arising from false, incomplete, or omitted information provided by you.

Payment, Billing, and Refunds

All prices for products and services are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments

By purchasing a service, you authorize Teleios and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

No Insurance Billing

Teleios does not bill insurance. You may request a receipt to submit to your insurer, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type:

• Consultations: Non-refundable once completed.
• Service packages or treatments: May include partial refunds if explicitly stated at purchase.
• Digital products or programs: Non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents access.

All refund decisions are at Teleios’s discretion unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Teleios website—including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, guides, medical content, trademarks, and software—is the exclusive property of Teleios or its licensors.

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute any Teleios content
• reverse engineer any part of the Services
• use Teleios trademarks without written permission
• use our content to build competing products or services

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• misuse or falsify medical information
• impersonate another person
• interfere with security features
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• use the Services to harass or harm others
• distribute malware, spam, or disruptive content
• perform data scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction
  

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

Disclaimers

No Guarantees of Outcomes

Teleios does not guarantee improvement of medical conditions, specific results, or treatment effectiveness. Individual outcomes vary.

Website Content Is Informational

Website educational content is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition outside of a Teleios provider relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Teleios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  
• Teleios’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  
• Teleios is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, device failures, or third-party platform issues.
  

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teleios and its providers, employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

• misuse of the Services
• violation of these Terms
• inaccurate or omitted personal information
• your negligence or misconduct

Third-Party Services

Teleios may use third-party providers for payment processing, telehealth video services, scheduling, messaging, labs, or pharmacies.

We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of those third parties.You are responsible for reviewing their terms as applicable.

International Users

Teleios is based in the United States.
If you access the Services from another country, you consent to:

• data transfer to the U.S.
• processing under U.S. legal frameworks

Users outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring use complies with their local laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for:

• violating these Terms
• providing false information
• threatening staff or other patients
• fraudulent activity
• non-payment

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding charges.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation, followed by
  
• Binding arbitration under AAA rules, unless prohibited by law.
  

Class-action waivers and jury-trial waivers may apply where allowed.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
The “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
